When you pay the one-time initial fee of $461.00 you will get a base website that includes up to 8 pages.  Typical pages are:

Home Page, Fees/Services Page, FAQ, About Us, Contact us, Photo Gallery, etc.   *See order form for choices, and we will also discuss other pages you want when we set up initial consultation to get started.

Fee includes:

• Initial set-up work and customizing your website template.  After that, updates or changes are provided free quarterly up to 30 minutes.  Time over the first 30 minutes is billed at $40/hr.
• Personalization Tools available atn an additional $10/month, or with an annual discount of 5%. 
• FREE option to update your own website with info/content & pictures with a personal dashboard (no coding required!).
• Initial SEO at launch of website
• Once your website is Live! the charges are $19.95/month for hosting and maintenance. Discount offered for annual payments.
• DOMAIN AND PRIVATE EMAIL, such as (you@yourdomain.com) are at additional cost.  You can bring your own email, or set up an alias email at yahoo, gmail, gmx, etc. for free.

Once your website is live, pay $215.00/annually OR $19.95/month in payments for hosting and maintenance of the website.  That's it!  

Domain renewal (www.yourdomain.com) is charged annually and is a separate cost.  If you choose a private domain EMAIL (you@yourdomain.com), costs associated with this are extra.  If you have your own domain, you will just continue to renew it to keep it current.

Yes!  If you are comfortable making your own changes, you will be given a dashboard to work on your own website and make changes, including uploading pictures and changing your prices, policies, and other content. No coding is required.  

If you need some extra help, we can assist you where possible.  Custom work  may have an additional charge.

No, the designs are non-exclusive samples used as the starting point, or "bones" for your website.   However, the design you choose can be customized with your business colors, font styles, and images, pictures, logos, etc.  The final product will be a website that has the unique look and content for your business.

No, the website must be hosted with Top Paws Websites and cannot be uploaded or moved to a different hosting company.

Websites that you will manage entirely on your own and not as part of Top Paw Websites will need to purchase a hosting account and the site be transferred to that account for your use.  If you choose to do this, Top Paw Websites is no longer the provider of hosting, updates, or maintenance.

Yes, you may use a domain that you already own.  You will be responsible for managing your domain name and making sure it is renewed.  We will be happy to assist in changing the settings so that your website at Top Paws displays with your own domain address.

We recommend using Google gmail for business, but will assist you in obtaining an email (example, info@yourdomain.com), or you may use any email you have already set up through gmail, yahoo, msn, etc. that you wish to use.

Setting up you own private email with your domain (you@yourdomain.com) has costs associated with it as set by your email provider. 

We will do the initial SEO (Search Engine Optimization) for your site.  You will be provided with a worksheet with additional guides on how to list your business on Google Maps, Google Business, Directories, and other tips that will help improve ranking of your website.  

What position you will get on the search engines is not guaranteed, however, your decision to have a responsive website such as the ones offered by Top Paw Websites is a good start in achieving excellent ranking.
